Ever notice how hard it can be to receive a compliment or hear something good about yourself?
Someone tells you they like your hair and you tell them that it needs to be cut, or loves your dress and you lament about how old it is and that you just threw it on?
And whoa nelly if another person shares something about your being that touches them or makes them smile- and you go all kinds of squirmy.
Yep. I get it.
And this all has to do with expanding our capacity to receive.
We are going to start building your receiving muscle in today’s vlog by looking at how you receive from yourself. The more deeply you are able to do this, the more deeply you will be able to take goodness in from another.
