Meditation For Grounding

So often these days, we are pulled away from ourselves by the demands of life

We forget that we have bodies that can provide us safety and sanctuary.

We have breath available to re -connect us to ourselves.

We have cells and organs that constantly support us without any effort on our part.

We have the energy of the the Earth to root us back into our physical being.

I’m offering you this meditation today to remind you of the integrative power of grounding your body.

Use it anytime you need to come home to yourself.
