It can be hard enough right now amid the noise to know how to feel.
And if you are an empath, a highly sensitive person, and/or have a history of trauma, it can be ever harder because you are used to absorbing others energy, moods, opinions, ideas and beliefs as your own.
I hear you. I am one of you.
So I have been using this practice to help me tease out what what I am feeling from what everyone else is. I want to offer it to you today as a way to fully own your own experiences without taking on those of others around you.
Find a quiet spot where you will be undisturbed for about 15 minutes and let’s go inward together!!
